Our New Look Commercial Team

You will have noticed some changes within the Richard Noble Commercial Team over the last 12 months and we want to take this opportunity to introduce you to the new team. With experience across leasing, property management, valuations, sales and tenant representation, the team is perfectly positioned to drive the performance of your commercial property portfolio.

The team comprises Lucie Hancock as Head of Property and Asset Management and Phillip Fogliani as Commercial Manager. Working alongside Lucie and Phil are Alex Stroud and Leah Acason, who both perform dual roles as Property Managers and Leasing Executives.

The team is supported by our hard-working and dedicated Trust Accountant (Joanne Willis), Property Administrator (Jill Roberts), and Assistant Property Manager (Denise Lacey).

The team has more than 40 years of combined experience in the Perth commercial property industry, and their experiences span global agencies, institutional landlords, and public and private occupiers.

The team is led by Lucie Hancock in a newly created role as Head of Property and Asset Management. Lucie joined us in 2021 from Dexus, where she managed premium and A-Grade commercial assets in the Perth CBD, including 240 St Georges Terrace. Prior to her time at Dexus, Lucie was the National Property Manager for ASX listed occupier Automotive Holdings Group (AHG), overseeing a portfolio of 250 retail and industrial assets across Australia and New Zealand. Lucie began her career with six years in Asset Management Services at Knight Frank, where she built an impressive industrial management portfolio for the business with high net worth private industrial developers. Lucie has extensive experience in dealing with all facets of property management from onboarding of new tenants, contractor procurement and management, compliance/facilities and financial analysis.

Assisting Lucie is the Commercial Manager, Phillip Fogliani, a career property professional with over 20 years of experience. Phil is a Licensed Agent, Triennial holder, Licensed Valuer and Certified Property Practitioner. Phil is also the managing director of Richard Noble’s affiliated property funds management business, Quadrant Investments, which currently has just over $90 million in funds under management across multiple assets. Prior to establishing Quadrant Investments and joining RNC, Phil spent over 11 years at JLL, starting in the Valuation & Advisory division and moving into a Director role in the Sales and Investments team. Combining a strong and impressive record in both sales and leasing property transactions with his experience as a property custodian in the funds management business, Phil brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his roles. Phil’s business interactions benefit from direct understanding of not only the negotiation and transactional process, but the first-hand experience of making key decisions as a commercial property owner in his own right.

Property Manager and Leasing Executive, Alex Stroud, has just celebrated her 12-month anniversary at RNC and also joined from Dexus where she was integral in the opening of their first flexible, short-term office space in Perth, Dexus Place. Alex was responsible for short-term leasing of Dexus Place facilities across the country and managed key client relationships with blue chip tenants such as Amazon, BP, Macquarie and ANZ. Alex is predominantly focussed on leasing and management of commercial assets in West Perth and Subiaco, and in the last few months alone, has successfully completed seven leasing transactions across 2000sqm at 16 Ord Street.

The newest addition to the team, Leah Acason, joined RNC as a Property Manager and Leasing Executive following a period of maternity leave. Prior to going on leave, Leah was a Property Consultant at ACORPP, where she represented tenants across the private and public sectors. Leah’s career in property began a decade ago at Knight Frank, working across Property and Facilities Management, Office and Retail Leasing and Project Marketing sales. Leah is responsible for leasing and management of retail, industrial and suburban office space across the Perth metropolitan area. In the last few months has successfully completed multiple leasing transactions within her portfolio of varied assets for both sitting and new tenants.

The Commercial Team is committed to providing our clients with the highest standard of service. If you have any queries or would like more information on the commercial property services we can provide, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
