Located approximately three kilometres south west of Byford Town Centre and seven kilometres from Mundijong, Lot 33 Hopkinson Road, Cardup is a proposed 126-hectare future master-planned community that will provide:

An estimated 1,300 residential lots.

A brand new primary and high school for the community.

Playing fields for families and children.

Greater access to the Nature Forever site at Cardup Reserve.

A local community hub, increasing employment and economic activities in the area.

The project will combine the area’s rural history, natural elements, ecologically sensitive design, active lifestyle opportunities and respect for local heritage into a community that blends rural and urban development.

Located approximately ten kilometres south-west from the centre of Armadale and three kilometres south-west of Byford Town Centre.

The Process

Stage 01

The Local Structure Plan for Lot 33 Hopkinson Road, Cardup Local Structure Plan is now open for advertising. We are looking for feedback from the community on the Local Structure Plan. Stage 1 is now closed for advertising.

Stage 02

Richard Noble & Company is currently conducting community consultation with stakeholders in the Cardup community. This is your opportunity to learn about the project and provide feedback. Information on the sessions will be mailed to registered email addresses and posted here once the dates are confirmed.
