Cygnia Cove luxury riverside living

25/10/2013

The first homes in a new south of the river display village in Waterford are now open, showcasing double storey prestige homes in the new boutique riverfront community of Cygnia Cove.

Webb & Brown-Neaves and Peter Stannard Homes are the first builders to open their doors, both showcasing new two-storey house designs with an emphasis on light and space.

Seven other display homes are currently under construction or planned for the new display village. These are expected to open from early 2014 and will include two storey designs from leading builders such as APG, Don Russell Homes, In-Vogue, Novus Homes, Summit Homes, Switch and Ventura Homes.

The 188-lot Cygnia Cove estate is located on the banks of the Canning River and accessed from Manning Road.  Many homesites enjoy river views, while others look out across an award-winning wetland bird sanctuary to the Romanesque buildings of Clontarf.

Cygnia Cove was awarded its EnviroDevelopment certification in 2012 and developer Richard Noble & Company has established incentives such as a $5,000 rebate for a rainwater tank and grey water plumbing, as well as a fencing and landscaping rebate to help ensure buyers are able to create wonderful homes, both indoors and out.

The Cygnia Cove display homes are located on Cygnus Parade, Waterford, and will be open this weekend (both days) between 1pm and 5pm as well as Monday and Wednesday afternoons.
