Lucie joined Richard Noble & Company in 2021 as Head of Property and Asset Management.
Lucie began her commercial property career 12 years ago with a global real estate agency where she was recognised with Property Management awards at both a state and national level. After six years Lucie moved to ASX listed occupier, Automotive Holdings Group (AHG), where she was responsible for a large retail and industrial portfolio comprising 250 properties across Australia and New Zealand. Immediately prior to joining RNC, Lucie managed premium and A-Grade assets in the Perth CBD for Dexus, notably managing 240 St Georges Terrace following the repositioning of the asset which included onboarding of major tenants such as Worley, DLA Piper and Amazon.
In her role at RNC, Lucie is responsible for the commercial team of property managers and leasing executives. Lucie plays an active role in client management and brings a wealth of experience in leasing, facilities management and lease administration.
