Eden Green Sales Update

Eden Green in Hammond Park continues to be popular with families. Our stage 6B release had 22 large premium lots between 501 and 702 sqm – perfect for growing families. They proved so popular we had “campers” on site from Tuesday for the Saturday 11 May release. The land sales office was opened up and the future neighbours all got to know each other.

21 out of 22 lots released in stage 6B sold on release on the weekend – a fantastic response!

It is great to see young families choosing to build their dream home at Eden Green as the amenity in the area is first rate. The new Aubin Grove Train Station was announced last year and one primary school will open this year with another due for 2014.
