Associate Director | Head of Property & Asset Management

Lucie joined Richard Noble & Company in 2021 as Head of Property and Asset Management.

Lucie began her commercial property career 12 years ago with a global real estate agency where she was recognised with Property Management awards at both a state and national level. After six years Lucie moved to ASX listed occupier, Automotive Holdings Group (AHG), where she was responsible for a large retail and industrial portfolio comprising 250 properties across Australia and New Zealand. Immediately prior to joining RNC, Lucie managed premium and A-Grade assets in the Perth CBD for Dexus, notably managing 240 St Georges Terrace following the repositioning of the asset which included onboarding of major tenants such as Worley, DLA Piper and Amazon.

In her role at RNC, Lucie is responsible for the commercial team of property managers and leasing executives. Lucie plays an active role in client management and brings a wealth of experience in leasing, facilities management and lease administration.

Greg Halls

Finance Director | Company Secretary

Joining Richard Noble & Company in 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer, Greg holds a Degree in Commerce, majoring in investment finance and accounting and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Greg has over ten years of experience primarily in Construction and Property across large multi-national ASX listed companies and family-owned businesses.

Peter Dockett

Development Director

Peter has been a valuable member of Richard Noble & Company since 2017. Peter's qualifications include a Masters in Construction Economics and Management from The Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management at the University College London and Australian university qualifications in planning and finance.

Peter has experience with acquisitions, project visioning, procurement, delivery, sales and marketing, and negotiations with government authorities. Peter also has experience with public joint venture partnerships (DevelopmentWA and Department of Communities) and private sector partnerships.

Alex Gregg

Managing Director

Alex has been with Richard Noble & Company since 1993 and was appointed Managing Director in 1996. Before joining RNCO, he spent eight years at Perpetual Trustees WA Ltd, specializing in asset management for both institutional and private clients.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Property from Curtin University of Technology and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent. In 2004, Alex was elected to the Council of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA Division), serving as President from 2009 to 2011.

In his role at RNCO, Alex is responsible for overseeing all projects under management for institutional and property syndicate clients. He plays an active role in the strategic planning, management, marketing, and presentation of new Communities managed by RNCO. He also plays an active role in RNCO’s affiliated Development and Funds Management entities.

As the great-grandson of the founder, Alex represents the fourth generation of continuous family connection to the company.
